HOW WE WORK
We believe that investing in a new bedroom should be an exciting, creative and an enjoyable process. At your FREE home design service we will listen to your ideas and work closely with you through all stages, from design to fitting, to ensure a completely successful outcome – a bedroom that is truly your personal sanctuary..
STEP ONE – THE FIRST STEP
The first step is to just give us a call, or come to see our showroom in Exeter, Devon. Tell us your ideas, any thoughts on styles that you like and let us know what your budget is. We will then arrange for one of our designers to visit you at home, at your convenience, without any pressure and absolutely free of charge and obligation.
During our first visit we will take detailed measurements and fully discuss your requirements and preferences with you. One of our designers will then help to evolve your ideas, to ensure that your new bedroom is both functionally and aesthetically as you want it.
We will offer advice on storage solutions that are both functional as well as able to fit in the most awkward of spaces but ultimately generating that truly bespoke, fitted look.
On agreeing the key points, an outline plan will be drawn up with a quotation. A further visit will be arranged to show you samples and illustrations of the initial concepts, design and materials if necessary
STEP TWO – APPROVING THE DESIGN
When you are completely satisfied with our proposal, we will send you a letter of confirmation, discuss convenient dates for installation and take an initial deposit.
STEP THREE – INSTALLATION
Our experienced bedroom fitters will ensure that the installation takes place with as little inconvenience as possible, keeping noise, dust and interruption to you and your family life to a minimum.
STEP FOUR – IT'S ALL YOURS
6 YEAR PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you have any questions, or in the unlikely event that a problem arises after we have completed your install you can call us and we will be there to help you out. That’s a promise. We offer a 6 year guarantee on all our bedroom furniture from date of completed installation. We aim to provide excellent customer service throughout the design and fitting process and will work with you to ensure that your new bedroom is exactly what you want.
FULL SERVICE INSTALLATION
Our bedroom service doesn’t just stop at designing and fitting your bedroom furniture. We can also offer a full installation package including (where required) the supply and fitting of all electrical, plumbing and any building work needed using our dedicated team of installers. We also offer ‘supply only’ to those customers who like to arrange their own fitting.
